Refund Policy

TravelSIMPro provides digital eSIM products supplied by our partner network operators.

Because eSIMs are digital products, refunds are handled under strict conditions.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The eSIM was not delivered due to a technical issue on our side
  • The eSIM cannot be installed or activated due to a confirmed technical fault

Refunds are NOT available if:

  • The eSIM has been installed, activated, or used
  • The device is not eSIM-compatible or is carrier-locked
  • The incorrect plan, country, or region was selected
  • The issue is related to local coverage, signal strength, or network performance

Once an eSIM is installed or activated, it is considered used and becomes non-refundable.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and must include the order number and device details.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
